haa i finally sucumb to my own desire n bought it today at the minitoons @ T2

i was never a soft toy kinda person and think tt they r q a waste of $ to buy for urself

but i really love caihuatou n think it's damn cute! haaa

time n again i refused to buy it for myself thinking tt it'll slowly be sold out n i'll never c it again.. and i'll slowly forget abt it

but each time i walk by a minitoon i'll pop in to see if it's still on the self

i only saw it once after tt day in dec when i danced w it while shopping w the judogirls haa

so i tot it's fated tt i shudnt buy it

but today at the airport i saw it again! aft so long..

so heck la.. haaa life's too short for me to deny myself anymore haaa

caroL! now i can dance w him at the comfort of my room heheh

today seemed like a green soft toy day for me

i bought macs happy meal for lunch n got a limegreen small teddy haaa

love the way home on 27 frm the airport.. esp when i was sitting in my fav seat on the bus

along tpe the bougainvilla shrubs are in full bloom

shades of red purple n pink! real pretty!

s'pore hafnt really got nice flowers along the streets.. but i think bougainvilla tt's there whole yr round's a pretty pretty sight along expressways :) going rather well w the cloudy blue sky..

so this was my day at changi airport aft sending xy off to china..

just sent py off to the 82 busstop n got home..
this marks the end of my CNY celebration.. which lasted my tian so many days heh

oh oh i bought a pair of jeans at S&K today.. at 40% discount..
the uncanny thing is i dreamt abt shopping for jeans w carol n the judo girls last nite n today i bought jeans *ee*
the 2nd part of my dream saw me and ah tan going to a beach/jetty like place n sitting on the deck dangling our feet.. the weather was beautiful, it was sunny w a cool breeze!
when huay n tan gets bk.. lets go sentosa! ha

finished watching The Classic.. aww such a sad show yet w a pretty good ending i guess...
i love the music.. and many scenes had Canon playing in the bkground! love Canon :)
but haa my mama's damn off.. when tt guy wades in the river to catch fireflies for the girl, she just has to ask "wat if there were poisonous water snakes lurking in the water?" O_o"

昨晚仔细听了石欣卉 “从台北到北京” 这张专辑。 我大哥在大学时认识她，所以买了专辑，给于朋友的支持。他说好听，就借了给我。这几个月，这张专辑就一直躺在我柜子里，直到昨晚。
我对这张专辑的印象就停留在 “从台北到北京” MV 在 youtube 上的宣传噱头，但听完之后，我觉得我哥买这专辑算是值得的。10首歌里，有蛮多首我都还蛮喜欢的。几首歌的歌词，用了简单的文字，但让人觉得有感动度，有写到人心里头去的感觉。曲还蛮大众化，很容易被接受。歌声也蛮好的。

today i had a chance to experience life of an attendant doing valet parking..
i sat w many driving instructors on the bench waiting for my dad's car to come bk so tt i can park it for him haaa
it wasnt tt bad.. saw students pass n happily tell frens on the fone, students fail n cry :'(
my only complain is tt i breathed in lotsa 2nd hand smoke @_@

took a bus bk n sat in my fav seat..
realize a adv of taking bus instead of mrt.. can still listen to fm radio cause not underground haa
n saw 2 bouquets of blue roses on my way bk haaa
also many many yellow butterflies.. wonder if any pair of them was 梁山伯 and 祝英台（or 朱丽叶） in their past lives haha

last nite i saw the 张惠美's 精选集 1996-2006.. i was looking high n low for it in dec.. too bad it only came out now.. haha

today on my way to piano class... i saw q a few things
there was this piece of doodle stuck to the ixora shrub near the busstop.. it had this face on it.. prob a guy w bushy eyebrows n it was attached by using a branch to poke thru the top of the paper.. it looked hilarious! haaa n it was at eye level so i burst out laughing.. but no one ard me seemed amused.. shud haf taken a picture of it heh
then i saw a little girl playing w sand on the floor w some branches.. then later w the tree bark.. it's cool to see young kids play like tt.. like kids frm the past instead of looking damn studious n protected.. thinking tt sand n treebark's dirty n not toys.. haa
then there was the familiar smell of stale sweat coming frm a sec sch boy in uniform.. haa those were the days
n on the bus.. i had a good time watching just-for-laughs gags.. it's damn funny n the only thing tt's good to watch on tv mobile cause it doesnt require u to hear anything n everyone can watch it together.. when i laugh out loud on the bus n i'll paiseh n look ard frm other pple doing the same.. haa finding pple who appreciates the same joke feels good
at tampiness mall, there was the busker playing the song tt goes "desperado.." and standing beside him were 3 young boys selling roses.. i mean one of them's really young, like pri sch?!? hai money-earning kids this days.. but good for them la
piano class only had 1/2 the pple turning up.. but was fun as usual
learnt cords in Am.. n played w some music frm an accordian.. frm a russian piece.. n i think an accordian sounds real nice!
on my way home was on 27 tt packed us like sardines.. had this lady's butt plastered to mine for q a long time.. haaa
n was beside these 3 sec sch boys.. one actually told the other, "从来没有这么近距离跟你讲话。。。" and leaned towards him w dreamy eyes hahahaa the other guy just looked away in disgust.. i had to try real hard not to laugh into their faces.
and i got home la. haa

went bk to nus today to check out Harvey under py's recommendation.
he's a pretty cool guy w blue eyes
n he lies pretty still for me to palpate n ascultate all i want! muahaha

i didnt harrass a guy.. hee he's actually a stimulator dummy who has many many different heartsounds corresponding to 20odd conditions together w their corresponding signs tt u can pick up such as pulses and apex beat n JVP.

was there alone then saw jialin n other meddies so we went thru the diff heart sounds, got a free lunch, n i dozed off in the lib before going 2 orchard to run errands.
i got my perlini's silver earrings polished! they were oxidized n looked more bronze than silver.. so now after polishing, they look brand new! :)

then i headed to raffles place 2 meet siwei to go to jenheng's concert

we had great plans of getting flowers at the florist at raffles place.. but silly me didnt realize it wont b open on sunday. raffles place is pretty quiet on weekends mah

so w no flower n nothing to give jh.. we decided to check out the asian civilization museum shop.. the things in there are of exorbitant prices catered specially for tourists.. and because of my poor sign reading skills, me n siwei also ended up looking at the exhibits for Active, Beautiful, Clean (ABC) Waters Programme held there. haaa

the VCH cafeteria didnt have any food we cud buy for him too so we decided we needed drastic measures haaa
in the end we took some concert advertisement phamplet n scribbled our wellwishes to form a make-do card.. and felt abit sheepish as many many other concert-goers had flowers so me n siwei went to pl*** a bougainvilla frm the shrub outside (SHhhh...) and did a flower-press thingy for him
hahahaa
we thoroughly amused ourselves and were laughing nonstop.. damn funny

despite these goofiness, i really enjoyed the concert..
i like it when music reminds me of something or someone..
there was a suite of English Folk-Dances.. haa somehow it reminded me of huay in UK.. and i cud imagine her doing a little dance to those tunes haa
i think the song tt was most "visual" was Machu Picchu.. as the compere gave a brief background of tt song.. MP being a city in the Andes, that was destroyed, and re-emerged as the City in the Sky.. i cud see all tt in my head as i listened to them... :)
Their Blossoms Down sounded v soothing n gentle.. just the right song to dedicate to a kind gentlemen..
Music frm spirited away was great! just like it in the show which i watched many many times.. and it brought me right bk to my seat in the cinema when i watched it on bigscreen with xiangyun on 27/12/2001 (haa i still have the ticket stub) then.. the colours, the glistering gold bathplace owned by yubaba.. all came bk to me :)
and the encore song frm pirates of the carribean was great too..

the surprise item was the wedding proposal tt happened! v brave guy n pretty exciting haa

then i got home for reunion dinner tt was brought forward by a wk this yr.. i'm so full now! n decorated my yingliu..
so all's done n i just gotta wait for cny to come.

class 95's been playing music frm the 80s, and i've been listening in the ALL 80s Weekend the whole of today..
haa i have a penchant for music frm tt era
and love it when clubs play those songs to dance to as well... cause it's real fun :)
