haaa today i had an exciting morning too
well i must say i had q alot of fun this hols.. 8more days left :)
well i went to assissi as usual but today was the first time i drove down!!
coz i still got my dage's van until tonight..
i drove down w/o a prob so everithing was A-ok :D
i was abit confused at 1 part of the journey but no big prob la

then today i didnt realli help out intensively w the bedsheeting changing and stuff coz all the nurses seem to haf pairs alreadi..
so i helped out w the feeding..
first was this teochew speaking auntie.. she's so cute v nice..
but she said she hasnt eaten much in days coz the HCW seem to all b v busy n no one help her w her food..
so i slowly slowly help her eat n drink.. n she was v happy la :)
she praised mi le :) say i'm v patient haa :D
then the nurse ask mi to teach james how to feed oso
so well i tried.. i cudnt get an uncle to eat much
but then mi n this james went ard to help an eng-speaking lady
she's realli amusing
the nurses find her v im zim i tink haa cant realli stand her but i tink coz we had the time n were v patient she was q happi..
she also got us to put baby oil on her to moisturize n she said it felt v good.. mi n james did one leg each.. n helped her w her food oso la...
he wanted to do med too so i was telling him some stuff i know. :)

so i ended at 9+ superearli
n needed to drive to amk xiangyun's house to pass her some physio stuff
haa i tot macrhitchie to amk v near rite
my dad oso told mi just turn left n then left again ll hit marymount rd...
i saw the left turn to thomson but somehow i dint occur to mi to turn
so i went straight.. hmm n when i realize things dont feel right i alreadi miss the Uturn
i was up on lornie rd adam rd farrer rd.. n O_o" yep on the way to nus la basically
i saw a left exit to bukit timah rd but wasnt sure which end of btimah i wud end up w so didnt take it.
in the end i saw the holland rd leftturn n decided to take it coz i dun wan to end up in nUs

then i called my dad
i didnt do so earli coz i tot i cud find my way.. haa
but tt holland rd led mi to tanglin mall n orchard rd.. so yep i'm familiar w tt plc
and went to visit rgs, my alma mata!
haa so i mus say this getting loss is kinda a gd thing coz i hafnt seen rgs in a while..
by dad say just go str go onto PIE n then go onto thomson rd n bishan.. ok
to i went saw the thomson rd sign i tot yay i'm back again
but lo n behold
of coz got right n left turn right, the whole rd was thomson rd.. i dint noe which one to take so i turned right
n realize i was in a plc i've never been too.. v unfamiliar
haaa i continued abit
n realize tt many signs says TO TOWN
hahaa
i tink i'm heading bk to town again
so i decided to take a left to moulmein rd coz i sound like a plc near the NEL stations
tt was aft i pass my NOVENA mrt station lor
but yea i called my dad again he say correct.. haha just must take a right aft TTSH to go up CTE(AMK)
so ok i went up.. n yea
haa happiness
coz my dad used to test mi the diff exits so i kinda q familiar w the diff exits of CTE
so i went on on on, i rem the van in front of mi thruout the whole CTE was frm s'pore casket haa
but i got off at amk ave 5.. to my old house/xy's house area..
n then the left n right dilemmna presented again
i cudnt see a sign tt says where left goes but right goes to amk ave 2 n industrial estate..
i tot tt sounded abit far frm where i wanted to go..
just when i was abt to decide which lane to get into
i saw a little sign tt says to NYP on the left
whew
haaa
i hurry hurry followed it n got to xy's place
parked 2x n on the 2nd time i kept hearing funni noises.. i was abit disturbed.. but when i was abt to get off the van i realize i didnt release the hand brake haa oops
but nvm for a while onli la while i adjusting the van into the lot haaa

i went up xy's house tok to her ah ma n her.. passed her the stuff n we decided to go for lunch
we were walking to the market nearby liao but cudnt decide wat to eat
coz she always eat those stuff there sian liao
so i told her lets go amk central to eat kfc
n we headed bk to e carpark
xy then asked how much coupon i put n i suddenly realize i forgot to!!
altho i checked out where my bro's coupon was this morn b4 i set off..
i forgot!! argh
damn scared aminah catch mi
so i ran bk to my van
heng aminah hafnt come n issue parking fine tix yet.. haa
so off we went to amk kfc
just like when we were young always go amk centre together.. but well this time abit diff coz so mani yrs later n i driving liao instead of go on foot
hee had fun la! a 1hr lunch coz i onli paid for tt amt of time
but when we were going bk we walk into the wrong multistorey carpark haa
coz there were 2 sidebyside n we blur queens went into the wrong one n cudnt find my van sianz
haa but ok everithing was ok we were going home
n as i turn into the rd along anderson sec.. i saw my old blk n decided to go visit it
haaa so i drove into my old house's carpark..
n made xy take pix w mi to reminise my childhood haaa
we even drove down tt rd so familiar to mi, the one i haf to walk along to go my pri sch or go community centre to learn like art/compo etc
n we took more pix finally dropped her off at her flat n drove home
yea so this was today damn exciting

i wasnt flustered or stressed at all today i got lost
unlike last time
coz i guess i wasnt in a rush
n i never drove ard so much myself oso
so i just slowly took my time to find the way
which is good i tink, now i'm so much more familiar w all the rds i pass by today coz i had to concentrate n make sure i didnt get lost
it was fun
n the weather was fantastic..
mani pretty clouds n v pretty blue sky
coz driving along the xpressway was q a good pretty view :)
i finally felt confident of driving on my own like i feel tt i can go aniwhere next time.. once i get my directions correct la
coz last time i was so inexperienced, tt driving itself was stressful n not knowing the way made it worse
now driving is q ok liao.. not stressful alreadi.. so i can concentrate on finding my way lor..
wont stall in the middle of the rd or do dangerous stunts like i used to la

n meeting xy is fun la! haa
cant believe i met so mani pri sch frens in 2 days..

ok i must go prepare to go for MC's baptism liao!
