I really enjoyed the movie. can't really pinpt what i like abt this movie tho.
I like the darkness of it, the strange humour behind those dark n scary stuff. how joker likes to tell different versions of the stories of how he got the facial scars and how the gotham hospital got bombed.. it's kinda strange. but funny. funny in this dark odd way...

Joker says,
"you complete me"
"what doesn't kill you makes you... stranger"

sometimes we dont need the truth, what people need is hope it's hope that sustain their faith. when alfred burnt rachel's letter to bruce, it was kinda sad. he kinda needed this little hope to hang on to his existence.

it's kinda sad when i saw heath ledge's name when the credits rolled. like this will be the last time he's name will ever be in any film. he just ceased to exist. it's sad.

on tue, psy tutorial got shifted forward so managed to get some time off to attend it... :)

well today me py n jl went to the gastro/hep conference at conrad hotel and sat in to watch dr D tan present on tpn n H pylori, together with the other docs who had their abstract selected for oral presentations. it was q an interesting experience and i liked how almost the whole gastro team was there to support dr tan and also to listen to the presentations. it was nice to see our work up as posters :) haha shall we go vienna? heh

we then went to suntec to join our smu frens at their graduation..

after eating 6 ecclairs, 2 pastries, one poh bia, 1.5 kebab, i felt damn full. i must say the sweet stuff at smu's commencement buffet is nicer then the nus one. yes call me yao gui. we sat ard at food republic n had a nice time hanging out.. but everyone's kinda tired so we parted earli..


after meeting gang for serene's commencement, we hung out for a while before me n py went to meet ahxiang..
passed ah xiang some stuff so that he dont have to stain casenotes with his blood! haa then we had dessert together and had shared so much fun n laughter just talking rubbish n catching up. aww i miss my old CGmates alot!! hope they are all getting used to SIP and learning loads of new stuff. jiayoU! hope dawn's recovering. :)

interestingly, over the past 3 days, i've spoken to and met quite a few people who made me realize things about myself.
like an epiphany.

i really miss them alot.. haha i've known mo since sec 1, peishan since sec 3, laoxu since j1 and together w wingsze.. we used to sit together in class throughout jc. although we seldom meet up, but when we do, we always have endless conversations and have so much fun catching up on each other's lives. haha we counted and we are currently J7! O_o" anyway we are really excited to attend cy's wedding dinner in 2wks time! so cya guys and the rest frm 3F real soon!! :D
