haha after a hectic wk.. finally some time to myself
better sleep soon or else i wud start looking like lky AGAIN!
aniwae this wk of lab work i wud say had been really enjoyable. Not only did i learn alot of skills and understood biochem abitbit better, i got to hang ard w pple who r older than mi, made some frens, and really enjoyed their company alot. I realised tt mixing ard w pple older, gives me a wider perspective as they r really more experienced n mature and stuff tt they say, jus little things can somtimes wow mi... leaving me to feel that mi n my frens can never say things lidat.. coz we hafnt been there and done tt.

whom i was attached to actualli.. i tink i enjoyed my time so much becoz she is sumone w a v warm disposition, very sweet, friendly and got mi feelg very comfortable in the lab in a realli short time.
im realli someone who warms up to pple slowly, esp when i end up in a foreign environment, i ll always tend to keep to myself or cant speak up n i dont noe y.. but she jus kept toking to mi.. teaching mi stuff
the beginning was more academic stuff but later on got on to our lives, family, childhood, jingzhongren, korean drama... and we talked alot abt everithing
she gave mi lots of advice
stuff like i gotta start saving my $$ so tt i can pay off my loan n wont b in debt when i graduate.. $50k.. ok ill try haha
she told mi abt housework... how we shud appreciate our mums n stuff... i mean stuff like i told her i always feel kinda unfair n bushuang becoz my mum ll ask mi to do stuff tt my bros wud never do, coz they n their lazy bums jus wont do it. budden she told tt next time, in-laws or other pple whu not onli critise u but critise ur mum more for not being able to teach u well..
coz she's married and i dunnoe the stuff tt she says kinda make alot of sense but dont realli occur to mi tt much... yep
i respect her i tink, her views n stuff... she's v confident n wise
haha she taught mi ipo n shares too haha which i so totally haf no clue abt.. all while the pcr runs
she told mi no matter wat stuff u r not interested in, go learn abit of it, dont b ignorant coz like if i wan b a gd doc, kinda haf to commuicate n build rapport w lots of pple so u noe and kinda topic cant b too ignorant to hold a proper conversation.. esp kids, to settle them down u gotta tok abt wat they r interested in n wat they wan rite? haha
didnt occur to mi too.. i used to tink like eww computers, erm share? and so on la, then realise tt im too unreceptive of info tt's not of interest..
gotta learn more :)

and then there was jasmine tt i was suppose to haf met n known for a wk but due to her 4days sick leave, i onli met her on fri.. which is my last day
haha she is very my pattern kinda person i tink
likes dramas frm korean n taiwan haha
n she is crazy over zhengyuanchang haha
she say my THE ROse OST on the table and she was like, " u watch qiangwei too?" tt's it haha one sentence to forge a tweeny weeny kinda bond haha
i tok to her abit in the morn b4 but jus like politely hello hello dont feel ani strong affinty..
to tink a set of taiwan drama can help mi forge the beginning of a frenship haah
not tt im realli noe her alot la but conversation kinda flowed frm there n im grateful for tt... n she's going to lend mi some vcd w zyc tmr! yay :D

a short conversation one morning while waiting for sy to cum..

a very steady calmness abt her... wise :)

the funniest thing is tt when i offered him candy he said,
better not la, no good to eat too much candy haha
n sy told he he went on a fruit juice diet for a few mths, nothing but juice n lost 5-10kg i dunnoe haha

i was abit paiseh n awkard coz everione seem to feel tt i was there to replace jasmine coz while she wasnt there i was there, using her stuff, her benchspace.. then when jasmine came bk i was realli worried i got into her way n stuff but i the end.. i tink too much la haa
